The interesting problems in IT are rarely about the technology. I've spent 15 years figuring out how to make systems quietly serve the people using them.

An internal storefront that replaced the annual toys-at-cost email chain. Sign in with your company account, see your regional catalog, and submit your order. Simple by design — the complexity is all under the hood.

A score prediction game for the office — 104 matches, power-up chips, live scoring, and Harry Boy: an AI engine that layers FIFA rankings, live bookmaker odds, and Gemini to generate predictions that feel like they were actually thought about.

Developer Platform

The infrastructure backbone that makes everything else possible — a self-hosted cloud platform running all engineering projects for both companies, with zero-touch deploys, isolated PR previews, and a security gate that can't be bypassed.

About03

I care about the gap between what a company thinks its IT problems are — and what they actually are. The answer usually involves people more than systems.

Currently at Toca Boca, where I lead IT strategy, security, and figuring out how AI can make the studio run smoother without getting in anyone's way.

I'm a certified ITIL practitioner, PSM1 Scrum Master, and a professional life coach — which probably explains why I find team dynamics as interesting as architecture decisions.

Teams & People
I build IT teams that care about the people they support, not just the tickets they close. High user satisfaction scores are a side effect of that, not the goal.
Strategy & Execution
Clear direction matters more than clever solutions. I've built IT roadmaps from scratch at Björn Borg, adidas, and Toca Boca — strategy is only interesting when it becomes actual change.
Technology
Azure, Microsoft 365, IT security, automation. I stay close enough to the technology to ask the right questions, without getting lost in it.
